Billy Howard was Born and raised in Myrtle Beach and graduated from Myrtle Beach High School and has a double major in finance and management from The Darla Moore School of business with a minor in hotel, restaurant, and tourism management from The University of South Carolina. Howard’s knowledge developed over the years while working closely with his family’s businesses in hospitality and tourism along the beautiful Grand Strand. 

Howard believes that the past success and the promising future are based on treating someone the way you would want to be treated. Business is not just business. It is about relationships and how well you maintain those relationships. Focus and extensive hard work and research to understand market trends and identify value added properties where others cannot see. Howard continues to strive for excellence in everything he does.
